Gas Dynamics and Turbulence Laboratory

The research at the Gas Dynamics and Turbulence Laboratory (GDTL) at The Ohio State University focuses on understanding of the flow physics and control in high-speed and high Reynolds number flows. An example is depicted in the phase-locked schlieren animation above of a jet excited by plasma actuators.
